Hi guys. Took a 4 hour nap after work today. I could not get rid of a bad headache. Woke up and still have it.

Sure hope you start feeling better soon. Have spent the last week in that same place your in. Today was my first headache free day

No reason to be ashamed granny. You can't help it that you have pain, neither can I. Raking just a small area brought tears to my eyes. Hubs will have to do the most of it again this year, but I can only do so much now. Couldn't even push the envelope today because my back was already hurting lots before I started. I used to be a machine, frustrates me not to be that way anymore, but I'm done beating up on myself for something I can't control. And neither should you. BIG, BIG

I am though. All I do anymore is complain .  I know exactly how you feel.  Its horrible

Granny, unless someone suffers with chronic pain themselves. They can't completely understand what it does to you physically & mentally.
