Its thursday here.  2 more days til the swap and if its cold I cant take chicks.   I will have to do everything myself .  I will tell one person a price and tell someone else a different price.  If I could ID them I could write prices down.  Maybe I can put sale stickers on them ? hahahaa   I cant bring the cages out of the van by myself.

My Lola was a project from the same guy I got my Orps from. Her egg was about as dark as my Wellie at the beginning of the season when they are at their darkest. Lola's eggs were very smooth and polished looking. She was a nice bird. No drama.

He wont. He hates anything chicken related unless its fried.
Tom will but he is so miserable when he gets there. Just sits in the van and after a couple hrs. starts pushing to leave. Sucks he cant drive.

Bummer, no chicken peeps around that can go with? What about the guy who wanted your polish. Will he be going? Is it a tsc?

The breed is called Marans, with the S, but it is a French name, so you don't say the last letter. Confusing to say I had one Marans, but it's correct.

yes, TSC. Its go be a big tado. pony rides, petting zoo, food vendors, charity's . I am so glad I didnt take this over when asked. This guy is doing a great job.

4 of them are 5 yrs old, and 3 of those still lay (Wellie, New Hamp, and EE). The buff Orp has rarely laid since her pullet season, but she's the therapy chicken for #1, so gets a pass.

I havent collected eggs in days what a mess out there. they are going behind a bail of hay when my EE is sitting and laying back there where I cant reach. I bet she was sitting on 30 eggs just piled on top of each other . Then she left those eggs and went to a different pile . Theres probably 50 eggs laying over there.
