Granny's gone and done it again

lol yup

Yea, 4H requires three pullets but I can sell the extras as layers. I want to show the Pyncheons in the open show, and thankfully we are NPIP

That'll be good!
I only showed meat chickens. And you had to order them through the extension office. The one year they were tinted pink when they feathered out and didn't grow. They looked like bantams!

Had the k and pre-k out at camp today. Let them take turns holding chickens and feeding goats. This little biddy surprised me by turning into a real snuggler!

One girl had the pullet on her back, toting her like a baby.
I have 2 serama hens colored like that. What breed is she?

Wishing , I think lorpss are big birds and Wiellie are smaller. Maybe Lorp is rooster and Wellie is a pullet.
Nooooooo!!!!! I don't want a rooster!!!!

I rejected 3 Lorps and got this one with slender legs and no comb. She is supposed to be a sexed pullet, but I've had 2 EE pullets turn out to be cockerels. Hoping it's just the size difference.

Well I think I figured out which chick is the EE out of the ones I hatched last week. I had 3 that were colored similar. The one has a flat comb the other 2 have a single comb.
