I screwed up

actually rented a room tonight. They claim Mother and Son from Germany I so wanted to Seig Heil them

I re-watched Schindler's List this afternoon/early evening.

Happy Easter all.
My ac's fan motor went out sometime in the middle of the night.
DH tried to replace it at 5 am when he got home from work...but the "replacement" motor thing was no good.
I have no idea if he is going to be able to find a replacement before he has to go to work this afternoon, but am hoping he does.

I was going to cook today..but I am NOT turning the oven on with the ac not working..I will die from a heat stroke for sure.

Poo yi....One can NOT survive in Houston with out an AC...so i guess I am going to spend the day outside.
(I rather be working int he yard sweating then sitting inside sweating)
What a pain!

He CAN fix it...it's not a matter of finding the part.
It is Easter Sunday....my local grocery store isn't even open...

I am in a mood just thinking about the heat that will be coming any min.

Fluffy butts are good! I have 22 chicks total ATM lol 12 from the EHAL, 6 from TSC, and 4 I hatched before lol

My yoke butt is doing good also. He's in a the incubator for a few more days I think?

Yesterday got crazy for me so she might be coming today or tomorrow. I want to make sure they are eating/drinking before I send them home.

Right now it is 81 degrees in my house....it's only 11:30...but 3 pm..it will be way hotter!
He was working in the dark this am...I'm pretty sure (well really hoping) that once he wakes up he will be able to rig something to make it work for me for the night.
If not...I'm thinking about heading to my mom's so i can sleep...
Sleeping in the heat is no bueno.

I am keeping this one! Only 3/5 I was planning to keep hatched. 2 EEs and a SFH. I was gonna name it Easter since it is a EE and hatched Easter weekend but idk now lol

Stick ice behind the fan and you'll get cold air for a bit. I'd be in the least amount of clothes acceptable if it was 81 in my house!

Gotta have food so I understand the need to cook.

Yeah I can't sleep in the heat either. Hope it's sorted out soon!

I splurges this am for an ice coffee at starbucks!
I'm making my "own" ice coffee now...
to hot to be drinking hot coffee today.

I am the biggest baby when it comes to heat.
I love to be out in the sun, laying in it working on my skin cancer but good gosh..I like being able to come inside to "cool" off too.
