think i got 5 more babies since talking to you all. they just keep coming

Are you talking size or shape/color/consistency?  If your hen is broody, they usually only get off the nest once a day and the poops can be massive.  Smelly too! 

Ok then that's her problem... yeah she's still broody on two eggs but I don't think they are fertile. What do I need to do?

Sorry. Have been trying to post for 15 mins. Wifi is dead or dying. Urgh. On cell phone now. Feh.


Mama, you can wait her out, see if she gets over it... try to "break" her in a cage with wire floor and lots of light, or if you want chicks get her some fertile eggs or day old chicks and see if she takes them. Best to try the chicks after she has been broody for close to 3weeks. That follows her natural cycle

One died. The other I think will be fine.

the yellow one died ? sorry. You get them like that or did it happen on your farm ?

The white/gray one. She was tiny, about the size of a baseball. Frizzle is doing fine.

They were picked bald but not bloody when I got them, because they were overcrowded. They were doing good in the kennel and getting pin feathers back, but I needed the big cage for the petting zoo so I put them in the small one. Less than 24 hrs.

Went out and heard frantic peeping. Cinder was gone, chick was gone. I found Cinder two nests over setting those three eggs I showed this morning. I found the chick out in the run.

It's poor little head was sopping wet from being licked.
