Granny's gone and done it again

Took me almost an hr. to mow around the coops to the water spigot. It was cutting short and then I remembered Lisas DH telling me I had a flat tire.  Or, very low tire.  
Got the dogs poison on them . Hope cutting short will help with ticks. Found some more poison for cats . I dont know if I should do the outdoor ones again or not. I have done it 2xs ths month and didnt work. This would be a different kind.   I dont want to make them sick.

its for cats and kittens . I know my indoor cat cant take it. Makes him very sick.

My indoor cat is 18 or 19 yrs old. Im not sure how old he was when I got him. about a yr. I would guess. I got him from the Detroit dog pound. I had him less then a yr and he got kidney stones. I knew what it was cause I had just had some. He ended up costing me a $500.00 vet bill. LOL Special food for life has kept them away. He does pretty good still. He has arthritis in his back hip but still jumps, plays a lot and is at and sassy.

I'm so glad I went to the breeder!! She had the info for a person looking for black-meat chickens to eat-- and I have two hona roos!! The person is going to get them and more later. This is a great option for my white-toes babies.

Then the breeder said she lost all her guinea stock for one reason and another, so now I can sell her eggs! She said she would buy them, or hatch for a percentage. I'd be happy giving her eggs.

Just being nosy, What does it take $$$ to eat a black chicken ?

Neither of us knew. I said $10 each and she didn't argue. They were culls I was going to eat anyway, so this is better than giving them away or going to auction.

How much would one sell for if they were breeding ? I think thats a good price but because they are a delicacy I might have tried even higher.

I think I am going to adertise my babies for $2.00 . They are mixed .

Aug 26, 2014 - I don't know why you'd want to eat something that's as black as a ... slaughtering it for a quick snack, because one chicken costs around $2,500!
