OMG, you are going to be so sore tomorrow that you won't be able to move for days. I'm sorry we didn't get to the rose bushes when we were there. I sure hope you are checking yourself over really good for ticks. I read earlier today that not everyone gets the telltale bullseye rash. That you still can have Lyme disease without the rash. I think since I got it, that there is enough evidence that they carry Lyme. I would feel so much better if you got on an antibiotic. The longer the Lyme is in your system the worse the symptoms & harder to treat. Early treatment is the best when dealing with it.I did it ! I push mowed the dog yard and a small space under Toms window. Only fell once. Worked on cutting a wild rose down out of my flower bed. I got the bulk of it. Tom made me come in and I fixed some dinner . I made him frozen spaghetti and I had a Totinos pizza. I took Roberts taco cheese, Toms pears , green olives, black forest ham lunch meat and topped it off with some ranch dressing. LOL After I got that down I went to water and collect eggs. 10 today. Nothing left but the candle to do. A storm is heading this way. I can hear the thunder so it will be dark soon. I have my pencil ready.

The meat is safe granny, just cook it just like you would pure ground beef (done- no red) use it in recipes where you norally would use ground beef. We have been eating this venison/beef burger for many years. We have never had anyone get sick eating it. It is no different than using pure ground beef. Venison is very lean so we mix part ground chuck with it to give it a little fat. I use it in everything, the only thing I don't do with it is form it into patties & grill it.No pink. Whole cut meats are safe to eat undercooked because of how they are processed. Ground beef (in particular) commonly comes in contact with intestinal juices, which is where all the nasty germs are.
Edit: if it's home processed, it's probably different.
You mean like poop ? I guess Lisa or friends did it IDK.
