well, she looks great !   Love that black bill.

when I first got her I thought it was going to turn orange when she got older, Lol. Also she has black markings and I thought it might b dirt or oil ,from walking in our parking lot, and I tried to scrub them with a toothbrush.

I'm sorry she was whacking for food when I posted. The black markings are on the bottom of her webs.

ohh I was thinking feathers. Well we know she isnt a pekin or not a full one anyway. Did you ever find out what kind she is ?

from what I looked up when I got her I assume she's just a crested duck. I haven't seen any that have her black bill or marking on webs though.

This looks like it could be a white Pekin duck crossed with a black Cayuga duck. The black bill is a dead giveaway that it's part cayuga.

I think my jubilees are starting to lay. If they are a light tan/brown color. I got 2 small eggs today.

that's pretty cool, she's been my best friend since I've had her. I had pics from when she was little but I lost the phone....
