Granny's gone and done it again

I like to live on the wild side...LOL
(They are good for me)
It's really not too bad...well the first time I tried just downing them like a shot in water..thats how I found out they turn to slime when they get wet..
Now I add them to a shake..don't even notice the slime.

shivers...

Did you know you can use flax seed mixed with water for an egg substitute ? Thats what it felt like, Sticking my hands in a bunch of raw cold eggs.

yes, 2 blood thinners.
There is sooo much slime. I am afraid it will get in the dryer..
You might try cutting the bag open on the seam and taking the seeds out to dry on a cookie sheet or something. Then you can wash the cover good and fix it back up when everything is dry.

Kiki, flax are good for you, but not when they are whole because they come out the way they go in! You can't digest them unless you chew them and crush the seed casing. Best thing is to get ground flax seed. It's really good. Add it to cereal, smoothies, soup... just about anything, and you actually get the nutritional benefit! :)

:hugs You can feed the seed to the chickens. Would be good for them. and the seeds won't go to waste.
did you look at theirs ? The prices ? There is a bulk store close to me but its not handicapped accessible. I still remember how to sew. theirs sound so nice with the herbs in them. I dont know what they mean by naked. The one Lisa made me has herbs.
