You can always feed the extra broccoli and cauliflower to the chickens. I bet they will even eat the sauerkraut! I put in a bunch of tomatoes last year, and they did horribly. Waste of time and water. Biggest problem is an oak has grown up and shaded my raised beds. We either move them or cut down the tree. yeah, right... some year... Now the only thing I have growing is kale (for the chickens) and even that I have let go. Plants are 3 yrs old, and gone to seed after the Vicious Mass Aphid attack of 2017. Will pull them all and put new starts in this fall. At least kale likes the shade.

ASked Robert, why wont you mow ? He said will you stop asking me that. Had to raise it up and go over it 2xs. then around the hose and the fence line. I am soaked and was shaky. I come in Tom said where you been ? Like he cant see the green dog or hear him trying to eat the mower under his nose. He says, Do you want me to go check the mail ? Then Roberts cat pissed in the floor again. I said someone needs to put this food up before it turns. No one moved. I took my foot to the cat and taught it how to fly. Told Tom I didnt give sh** what he did. He went beating it to the mail box and Robert grabbed a bowl to put the food away.
