I have a horrible problem this day . I have 2 meats thawed and needing cooked. Both beef. I am going to cook them both and have left overs for tomorrow. I didnt buy sides, Potatoes, ect.. Sounds like I might need to pull out the boxed mac & cheese.

What kind of beef?
