Granny's gone and done it again

Good morning. Cooler than yesterday... we might make it into the 60s today. The chicks are getting tired of staying in the garage! Tomorrow it will be warm enough for them to go out. Heck, today is probably warm enough, but I'm cold so don't want them to suffer. Min day at school today and finals next week... it's almost over!

Morning grannyland, hope the coffee is hot & a bottomless cup, going to need it today. Got my laundry room second coat of paint on & the unpainted trim primed thru the night last night. Climbed into at almost 5am, layed in bed 2 hrs in pain waiting for sleep med to kick in. No such luck, slept on & off until 10:30 Most of you are not aware that I have even been painting. Our youngest dd (30) got married in Dec. Just an immediate family affair w/ a wedding party to follow June 17th. As of last week we just found out that the party is going to be at our house instead of the park. Yay, much easier than having to have food & everything else travel. Now hubs & I are trying to get a lot of loose ends fixed & beautified before all our guest come. That means that we are running around like chickens with our heads cut off lol. Because the party will be in our 4 car garage the entrance to the house that is most accessible is thru my laundry room. Well I had started to pull wall paper off the walls s couple of years ago when hubs said stop. He said no sense of doing that because the room need to be completely remodeled anyways. WELL, as of this last week it hasn't been remodeled. So I have been scrambling all week getting all the wall paper removed, the walls primed & then painted. Now I'm working on getting the baseboard trim primed & painted. Got 2 coats of paint on the inside of the exterior door out to the garage, but will hold off painting the other side until we get the washer & dryer moved back into the laundry room. It's a tight squeeze making the turn to get into the laundry with them. I'm fairly sure I would be repainting the outside of the door again we have a birthday party Sunday that I need to be able to wash clothes to go. Got to get this job done asap. Sorry didn't mean to ramble.

hey now twist 60ish is not old...80ish is old...
Morning hun, I keep missing you & Red. Glad to hear that your back is doing a bit better since your fall. I would say that you did awesome to only get 2 Roos out of 7 chicks. I have managed to get over 75% roos from my past 3 hatches. I have 35 in the incubator right now. Praying for some females to go with the unrelated roo's I hatched after being to granny's. Please keep your fingers & toes crossed for me ok

Mornin' everyone! We're on our way to Cedar Point right now, which is a pretty big amusement park in Ohio, about an hour and half away from our house. Some do you might of heard of it, I'm not sure. I never knew how famous it was until recently. Apparently tons of people come from all over! Anyways, my mom and I love roller coasters, so I'm sure we'll have fun. :)

was there in the mid 80's and had a blast GREAT roller coasters back then even.
Love Granny yak's hair style. Twist, those pics were professional quality. Hope Nola is a heifer.

thank you not to bad for sitting in the truck, FOR 2 REASONS didn't want to upset Granny and didn't trust the barbed wire if I did upset her. I can NOT seem to stop the "ladies" from mud bathing their foreheads

Mornings all, I have slept 12 hrs again.
