We have a guest with a true dairy allergy (not lactose intolerance) who can't eat milk in any form including cheese or butter, and she's also allergic to eggs and peanuts. Meals for her are getting tricky. This morning I made pancakes with Crisco instead of butter, and liquid egg replacer and goats milk that she brought with her.

Cinnamon rolls are going to be tricky.
