If only my teaser broody was in actual brood mode.

Yeah. She's out with the flock all day. I see her brooding at the end of the day and if I'm in there and heading towards the treat bin she's off like stink.

I need permabrood to go broody again!! Find me some leghorn eggs or something. Or a mixed assortment

Me too. I showed them . All I had to do was walk up to the cage and he was attack mode. I guess $5. was a good price for the blues then. She had 4-5 of them . I just wanted one.

My Buff Orp has been sleeping in the nestbox lately and I find her in there during the day after she's laid an egg. Hours later....

If mine see or hear me they come running. Even out of the boxes.

Too bad you weren't closer I could give you some of my eggs. I'm still trying to figure out where the black skin came from in the chicks lol I'm thinking about keeping some of my chicks that hatch

Ah ok. I couldn't remember if you'd got him when he was older or not.

Just in the bator. But some of the chicks I gave my friend are black skinned. Even the combs.

I think it's great that BYC brought us together. Otherwise due to location we would have never met.
