Yikes! Are those the things that dig under your skin?

Yep. Fingernail polish smothers them. Kane swears you scratch them to bleeding then jump in the pool. I usually try to wait them out but this year they're extra itchy. Actually, I remember one time last year I woke up in the middle of the night because DH was rubbing anti-itch cream in my feet. Apparently my scratching woke him up! :lol:

thats right , I forget so much. I used polish on Tom but as I didnt have any I borrowed and it was red. LOL

Well, at least they'll be pretty when they die! I bet Nu-Stock would kill them. Sulfur, mineral oil, and pine tar. Would cure just about anything on the horses. And they smelled like a pine clean kitchen.
