LALO, what part of Ft. Worth do you live in? N S E or W. I lived in the Forest Hills area back through the sixties. Last I went through there it was pretty run down . Then I lived southeast of Joshua toward Keene

I live in SE Ft Worth - practically across the street from Forest Hill.
Bought my house 40 yrs ago in September.

We have well water & i catch rain water in 5 gallon buckets as it runs off the roof. Use it for animals & my flowers. Would hate to pay for all the water i use. Also soaker hose in the garden.

What a coincidence - less than 2 miles from where I sit!
Do you enjoy trains? I know some people love seeing and hearing them.
I do not care for the noise myself. Oh, well.

I collect rain water as well!
Sadly, I pay the city for water I cannot drink. The problem could be in my pipes or this area. Used to taste good. I can drink water from my parent's house across town. I have tried Britta pitchers, faucet filters, etc. I found a place nearby to purchase filtered water for 10 cents a gallon. My animals and I drink that.

Five more dead babies. All had good weight. One was my blue cochin. Four roos and one pullet. Half had wettish necks/heads, wondering if an overly ambitious snake is to blame. Seems like anything else would've dragged them off. They were all stretched out like lawn darts.

I walked many a mile up and down that railroad track going to Forest Hills elementary school. Some time the train would shew us off the track. But we weren't afeared. Sometimes we'd put Penny's on the track and let the train flatten them for us. Most the times we couldn't find them

crazy day. Normal I guess. went to madison and the cemetery where my people are, I always look when I drive by. Today I seen a naked ass in a evergreen . (not mine Twist) Just some lady decided she wanted to drop her drawers to a busy road I guess. You dont see that stuff everyday in small town USA.
Went to TSC and bank then off the wal mart where I decided I was 10ft. tall and bullet proof. I got hit twice . Not the van, me. First guy had a collapsible chair sticking out the side of his buggy and he nailed me in the arm. Mumbled sorry and didnt even turn around and look to do that. Im easy going ok. at least he said sorry and although it will probably bruise no blood was drawn.
Next man didnt fair so well. He come up behind Tom and was very frustrated . He said, OMG, Cant people move around here ? Thats what pissed me off cause after he said it he whipped around Tom and slammed right into me knocking me off balance.. For a second. He was still fussing and walking away. Oh hell no ! I started yelling at him. saying why dont you come back here and try that again and you a hole . Your a rude SOB, ect... Everyone around froze and people came from other isles to see what was going on so I assume I was being louder then I thought.
He came back and instead of talking to me he walks up to Tom and says , My pocket only brushed her. I dont think he realized I was standing right behind him. I said , why the hell are you talking to him ? I am the one you hit and your a damm lier telling him only your pocket brushed me ! Your fat ask belly almost knocked me down and you hit me with your arm ,boob and belly. He whirled around and this man was 6ft and 300 lbs of quivering jelly. He was hyperventilating and about to pee himself as he profusely apologized. I must of had that "look" in my eyes . He took off and I tried to finish shopping but I was mostly too mad. I went into the next isle and there were 3 ladies there looking at me smiling. Still mad. Not really because of him bumping me as much as his attitude towards Tom. Tom couldnt even hear him. I bet he watches where he walks though .
