You want dusty, I'LL show you dusty. It's called 50 week old chicks dust bathing in their coop with sand & PDZ. I have to go out occasionally to shop vacation the dust because it's THAT coated

I'd be nuts lol I'll stick to pine shavings and straw.

Just so ya'll know. I begged Lisa to stop and her DH. I dont know how either one of them done it. They just knew I couldnt. It was the worst job here.

Like I said, if hubs couldn't have done it, wouldn't have been able to. He said the same thing about the Serama coop though. I couldn't go into that coop without it bothering my allergies big time. He had problems with it to & was coughing. Something with it being so dry

ya, I wanted to hose that one out but he said no because of the broodies. Its very dry and dusty in there. It had been a few yrs. since they were cleaned.

Yikes, that's scary Jane. Do you have a emergency kit made up? At the first inclination of severe weather you get yourself & gd to the cellar. And no worrying about animals. You & yours safety is of the upmost importance.

Im lying, I have too just not from a hatchery. Lady I ordered from kept coming dead. She ended up giving me the money back.

Jane, I don't mean to be bossy, but I would seriously discuss putting a door & steps in to the cellar. Especially with you being alone so much of the time now. We just worry about you & the gd
