Look for "Add media" and click.

You can then pick an already created album to add to or "Create an album"

When I first checked red only had the one album but he must have got things figured out as he now has 3 albums

I too like the feature and find it much easier to create an album on this new platform rather than the old BYC.
I could do with having a clear out on the iPad and phone, over 1,000 pics on them. I'm glad they invented iCloud storage

I think red has one of them set to private, red will need to change the permission on the album to public so others can view. There are all kinds of permissions you can set, private, public, only members you follow or only members who follow you etc etc
