GPS was telling him to go one way, I was telling him the road we needed to get to & his brother was not understanding where we were. He finally got maf, drop the phone on the seat & told me he was really getting to torked off & that if I didn't shoosh I could drive. In VERY plain English I told him where he could stick the gps, his phone & that I would gladly drive because I am the only one that knew where the fark we needed to go grrr.....

happened to me too except we had just left ER and I was high as a kite and I DID drive home. He should NOT of let me behind the wheel but I drove better then him stoned then he did sober. LOL

Worst thing that happened today wasnt the frustration of closed flooded roads. It was the fact that my husband did not listen to me when I told him the road he needed to get to so we could bypass the flooded river. He got on the phone with his brother, drove 15 mins back to where we had come from to finally have his brother tell him to take the road I had pointed out to him 15 mins before. I had the map right in my lap. I could clearly see where we needed to head to be able to get on the other side of the river & to the party location. I was so hopping mad, still am. We will be married 33 yrs on this coming Thursday & yet he still doesn't trust my judgment

Papa's right. Even though we know that our dw is right, we have to try our best to find another way. Don't let it bother you. We'd rather loose our drivers license than our man card.

haha! That sounds like a bossy little duck! How old is it now? Wonder if it's a male. Does Pearl's mom have other ducks? I bet it will be like giving someone one of your chickens. It will take some time for the duck to adjust to a new home. treats always seem to help!

It's almost 2 weeks old. Her mom does have more ducks. It may be happier later with other ducks but I won't. I really don' want the little thing to leave.

Asking for directions is not in our DNA asking/accept directions from a woman mean we lose our man card. But sometimes we learn LOL

Awh, just a little spin behind the wheel? Love pickups... I want an F-150 or one of the new Chevy Colorado models coming out. Old ones are junk but these have 30 MPG and are highly rated.
