My chickens have access to all sorts of plants that could harm them, oleander being the worst. I see them pick at leaves and flowers all the time, but not eat them. They pulled a bunch of leaves off of one plant, it got naked!... but most of the leaves were on the ground. I bet your chicken will be fine, and probably not eat tomato leaves any more either. Grow them some kale! They love it and will leave your other plants alone.
LOL Maybe they are eating the bugs and ripping the leaves. Them tomato worms are hard to pull off !They're getting rid of it before the youngins come out to try it lol

you can do like the amish. Mix miracle grow weak and use it every time you water. I honesty think you just didnt plant them deep enough.I wondered about the magnesium. I caught some flak on fb for using the Epsom salts, but everything looked ok for a few weeks and now it's all yellow and puny again. So I guess I should go in for another round of salts?
me too . To whatever it was grabbed me ! hahaaMaybe! I've not dealt with them before but if something came after me I'd sure hold on tight!
