SOOO........... where do you find pink onions ? And are they sweet ? I made a big post about what I just ate and somehow turned it blue and it disappeared. I dont know what I ate but it was good. Tom even liked it.

Red is all I've ever seen but not really pink. They are sweet to me.

I can only eat cooked onions. Probably aint bought one bag in 3 yrs.

Camping, They look good and yes, pickles do that. I also remember mom saying you have to really pack them in there. LOL BUT I didnt remember it til after I seen yours. I wish I had the energy to get busy on some things like that !

I had the girls cut everything for me. It was super easy! Boil a little vinegar/sugar/salt/pickling spice and pour over. They're not sealed.

Red/purple onions. I like them raw on salads and hot dogs, chili, burgers, etc. I use them for cooking everything. They're pickling with sweet onions and it intend to use them as salad relish.

They look pink from the juice. They were purple when I cut them.
