I was raised the woman never pumps , nothing make me madder than to drive up to a gas pump and see some lady pumping gas while her husband/boyfriend/brother sitting in the car playing on a phone. I know that's old fashioned and some won't agree,it's not that I don't think women folk are capable . I just think it's common courtesy to do things like opening a door , pumping gas , and such .

That bothers me too . Tom just aint able anymore but he still wont let me pump. Its just how we was raised.

Which is really kinda funny cause after we are home with the gas guess whos mowing ? LOL
Mens job to BBQ and take the garbage out but that dont happen here either. They still do the garbage but aint never even raised the lid on the grill.

My wife mows she puts on head phones and listens to music or a book and says it's a stress reliever. I keep it gassed, and the oil changed ,blades sharpened . Weed eating we do very little of my goats do most of that . I do most of the cooking , and grilling .

I think if you just follow the instructions, it will come out fine. If you cook it on the rare side, you can always plop it in a frying pan for a minute to finish it the way you like it. Roast it fat side up.

I couldnt get a pic. that wasnt blury. all I can say for sure is they were over $10.00 a lb and I paid $13. so each one is just a hair over 1/2 lb.
AND Tom walked by and asked , whats that ? Lamb. yuck.

Lot of people don't like lamb because it is kind of strong. Not sure what cut you have. Chops are the mildest, leg is stronger flavored. I like it with lots of salt (after cooking), so that's good for you!

Nope, they asked me to sign a blank paper saying they was here . I signed it funny. Not me .

Did you see their truck? Any logo on the side? It sounds legit, but also an invasion of your privacy. The pics would bother me too, but maybe they get paid just for the visit and need proof. Same with the signature. Make up a name the next time you aren't sure about signing something!

Yup, can be a little gamey. Some like it, some don't. The older I get, the more I like stronger flavor. Never had a gamey lamb chop.

haha! New nickname for you. Scribbles! I will name one of the CCL after you! One is Checkers, now one will be Scribbles (the one that runs all over like crazy!) and the 3rd one is still waiting on a name. She is the smallest.
