Granny's gone and done it again

Yes and no. He's one of the "preferred trades" that the government would bow down before him and beg him to come. Lol. We probably would have been able to get him a job and have the employer pay for his visa stuffs. But hey. Winter. It's a scary thing lol.
I hAd a friend who married a Canadian and it to him years to get in. Maybe he didn't have any job skills

THAt is pretty cool camping.

My dog is trying to make me jealous. She's mad we did some changes round the house - we went to ikea to get a tv stand thingy for the second bedroom - was gonna set up the other computer on it so I can watch movies and workout DVDs on it...ended up with a different tv stand, two couches and a shelf thingy that we can finally have a "linen cabinet" instead of a random cubby. It's funny though. The random cubby hasn't a straight edge on it....don't mind the vacuum cleaner lying prone in the other room. I busted the belt on it :/ not bad for a cheapie Walmart special four or five years ago.

Well they're picky about which job skills count. Especially at the time, heavy duty mechanics were in high demand and were among the "preferred trades" so he wouldn't have even had to marry me for residency, he could have done it on his own accord.
