so ONE should probably not eat an entire watermelon in 3 sittings. BUT I did space it out better. And it's the easiest way for me to up salt intake when I sweat so much from the heat.

nope probably just the usual one time. You should see a couple of my farm hats. hard to tell the original color from all the salt rings on them. Actually have to swap hats thru the day as I tip my head forward and the "water" just streams off the brim of the hat.

When I go shopping EVERY single time I look for a cheesecake clearanced and maybe 2xs I have found one. Today I said No more I paid full price and OMG soo creamy so good. Robert loves them too.
