Morning y'all. Got a call last night from my aunt. My grandma was taken to the hospital and they found out last night she had kidney failure. They did scans and found nodules in her lungs. They've called in the cancer and kidney doctors. Hoping to find out more today.

So sorry to hear about your grandma. Hope the news is good news. Bring a little vase of her favorite flowers if you can. It will give her something nice to look at in the hospital.

I don't see why not. What I would do is slice it all up, and freeze it in separate meal portions, so you don't have to thaw the whole thing just to get part. Then I would thaw/reheat it with a little beef broth so it doesn't get too dry.

I am ok. Ate too much yesterday. Sis ended up coming over, which was nice, and my dad stayed longer talking with the boys! One about antique radios and talked computers with the other. Probably the most conversation they've ever had.

Or make soup with the lamb. Do you like lentils? Lamb is really good with lentils. You could slow cook it with some beef broth and onions, garlic, and some chopped spinach, which goes good with lentils too. There's probably a recipe somewhere.
