Mmmm.... smoked turkey... I bet the lamb is good too. I've never heard of smoked lamb. It is not as popular here as as other meats.

Yes I know, you go hard on poultry beef and pork, here the lamb is more common but not has poultry and beef,

I have had plenty grilled meat but smoked ? Unless thats the same thing I dont think I ever had any .

It is WONDERFUL!
I do a lot of fabulous dishes with lamb! Every part of the animal have its best dish! On the charcoal grill, baked or smoked, cooked in a Libyan or Moroccan style, lamburgers, ect, ect
