Perfect! I don't know how to translate it into non-SOP-ese, but if I could, I would.

Anyone else know how to translate the colour specifications into something more understandable? I'm horrid at wording things right.

The shaft should be a dark mahogany with a clear black band, finished with a white tip, or ‘pearl’ at the end. It should have no smuttiness, or leaking of the black into either the brown, or the white as this is classed as a fault.

the feather should be "brown" with a little black piece towards the end, the end of the feather should be white.

The black part should not leak into the brown or white.

Thats what the "Texas" chicks are Granny...they are from a Cream Crested Legbar.
Member me and Camp refer to them as the Texas Chicks?

You still have to gauge type yourself as it doesn't come across well in photos.

I vaguly remember you calling one of them Texas chickens but dont know why.
