You can, but someone might report you. I tried it here since we are in deep woods and no one visits us but i was afraid i would get poison ivy there. Felt good to have the breeze on my skin in the heat.

thats not the point though twist. The point is , the lawmakers, No one should have the right to tell me how to dress. Or not dress in that case. in the early 1900s teachers had some strange (to me) laws . they must wear 2 petticoates, cant show ankles, ect... That seems to me all a matter of control.
