I am worried about my shipped guinea keets. It took usps 12 hours to move them 60 miles. At that rate, they will be dead by the time i get them.

hi all, Not a good trip Robert was really looking forward to taking me to the fair. His worker was a no show. So we went including Tom. I asked for the closest handicap parking . Didnt matter , animals were as far away as possible. Robert showed a little interest in the horses and I even talked him into touching one. I knew the heat was getting to me and Tom . I parked him after I finally found the chickens in the shade and Robert stayed with him. By the time I got back he was really sick and had to potty. We had to double back to the bathroom .No words. He was so sick . said he wanted to just lay down on the ground cause he was dying. Scared the crap out of me. I left him and went to find ice and water. Robert was sick as well. face fire red puking,and not a cop in sight. Somehow I got fluid down both of them and to the van. Ice in their shirts, on their heads. Robert drank 3 pops on the way home and had to force Tom to drink one. No water to be found close by. All of this took place in / around an hr.-hr. half.

How miserable. I hate that the fair is always the hottest time of the year. We try to go in the evening, if we go at all.

aww, I hear him in there telling Robert goodnight and saying he was sorry he messed up his day. Robert said, You didnt !

I think I love them both.

should of seen the critters. They had fans blowing everwhere but it wasnt helping. Lot of the chickens had no water and acted really excited to see me . Their dishes was dusty dry.

should of seen the critters. They had fans blowing everwhere but it wasnt helping. Lot of the chickens had no water and acted really excited to see me . Their dishes was dusty dry.

The one year we had lots of animals die at the fair from the heat. Even a cow!

We always made a trip in the morning then at noon to water. We stayed the rest of the day.

awwww. They're both so kind. I feel bad for Tom. I know exactly how he feels. It's bad to feel like you've messed things up for others. I feel like that with Emily and Cody sometimes. I feel like they missed out on things becaue I can't get out there and play ball and things like that. They understand but It hurts me.
