Granny's gone and done it again

We're using a Nail gun
That's why it's going up so fast.

Geez that's a lot of skeeters. Turn the chickens loose down there!

The plywood slid and almost whacked me in the face. Haha I still have a lot to do before the pool.

What are they? Part turkey lol

Ok so you buy it Twist. me and granny move out there :lau I'll cook and take care of the chickens. Granny is in charge of incubating replacements and taking care of the extra boys.
It's about 5-9 acres away from the house and on a trail that's sometimes impassable... I don't think the chooks are getting back there. :p

horns aren't shed but antlers are.
Horns are made mainly from protein, Kertain, and they grow continuesly, they are found in the Bovidae family.
Antlers are made from bone, and they are seasonal, the are found in the Cervidae family.

Hmmmm. I've never thought about that. Thanks

you are welcome

NOW that is not to say that horns can not be knocked off the horn bud/cap Prime example would be Granny yak. BUT they do grow back.
