So much for never crying . I went by her grave today. Still no DOD on her plaque . Flowers look terrible .

Tropicana roses. She loved them. I surprised her one mothers day with a whole bed of roses . I think I did 8 . I went over them with my riding mower after she died. I hate roses .

Lol. Never made it out. Had a few things needed doing in the house before I could get started and those few things turned into another few things. Well before you know it it was 94 in the shade and I said no way Jose

When we moved in here there were ants and bees. Now that we got rid of those, we think we have bats in the roof. Hope it does not cost a bunch of money to get rid of them.
We need to find a good used truck in the next week, before my husband goes to Canada. Have been trying to get quotes on metal garages and pads but seems like one is just more expensive than the next. We are considering getting two stick built buildings instead of the double garage.

Ugh. I hear ya. The plot is eventually to build hubs a garage - even with my contacts in the industry (I do payroll and accounts for a concrete working company) the pad itself is money. Sigh.

you all ever get SO overwhelmed by things needing done you just shut down and dont do anything ? And then its building up and up til there actually is No way to get it done ? Thats where Im at. I cant even do a small job because there are 30 bigger ones standing in the way.

Yeah, we got a quote for $10 thousand bucks just for the pad. Hell, you should get a whole basement for that.

I thought about concrete or black topped driveway but then I would just have to shovel it in the winter so I stuck with gravel. LOL
