We didn't get home until 11pm. MIL is still in fighting form... but there's only about half of her left compared to 6 months ago. She is defying all the odds surviving this long, and at 83 yrs old! We credit hub's sister for caring for her so well. No amount of money in the world could buy that kind of care.

Ok it is 88 degrees out at 10 pm. Not a breeze at all.

It has been 99 or over for ten days. Today 104 tomorrow 106.

Maybe they got back super late last night or maybe MIL took a turn for the worse & they are still there. Saying prayers for all of them.

Thank you for the prayers. Hubs and I were staying the whole day to give his sister a much deserved break, and it was her birthday Friday too. Even with us there, she still gets back early and texts throughout the day to make sure everything is alright.

Chores done except mowing(i don't mow on Sunday). Didn't feel like driving to church-bad headache. Rest for 2 days has made my back& hip feel some better. Gonna mow tomorrow am. Very humid outside.

Hope you get some rest and feel better. The heat makes me sick. Headache and heat is the worst.
