Granny's gone and done it again

Funny story. Sue is my grandmas name. She wanted white eggs from white leggers. Won't eat brown eggs. So my mom bought me 3 white leghorn pullets and 3 bantams for Easter. The leghorns are named Sue (for my grandma), Peggy and Sandy are her best friends names.

I had been calling the 2 boys Foghorn and leghorn lol I just have leghorn now.
Won't eat brown eggs ? My wife's oldest son is like that
 
I can't remember who, but someone on this thread detailed exactly how eggs got there color. Was it Wishing, or Enola, Dana, or Mare .Anyway the really explained it well and understandable
The color is laid down on a basic white egg, so the hen adds pigment if she has the genes for it.
