Granny's gone and done it again

Yeah, husband had an aneurysm in his brain burst. He had a really bad headache for three days but he figured it was a migraine so never went to the hospital until he realized his vision had decreased and not come back. I saw his CT scan and seeing a pool of blood pushing the brain aside is very scary. But they never operated, just monitored him. The doctors could not figure out why it didn't kill him! They actually flew a specialist in to examine him. He is too stubborn to give in.
Om my. He sounds like my grandpa. He stayed in the hospital with heart attacks and bypases more than he stayed at home. Everyone knew him there. They called him the bionic man lol.

Yea men can be a little hard headed.

Actually, we moved to FL because one winter day I spent hours clearing the snow and ice out of our long hilly driveway. Put son in truck, drive down to the road. Pull out to turn, unable to turn on ice and ran right across the road into the ditch! Checked son, got out of truck, marched him up to the house. Called husband, Dear, we are moving to FL! So he thinks for a minute and then says OK. He is so mellow!

:gig Easy enough right?

Actually we had a hard time selling the house because it was new and had the best view on the road, we wanted our money out of it. But we sold all of our furniture, lots of our stuff and packed everything in our cargo van and the Toyota. Each of us drove a vehicle with one child in it so they could not fight. Left during the winter of '92, trying to keep ahead of the storm of the century! We stayed with my parents for 6 months until husband got his green card. What a drive that was!

Kind of looks like road kill. They are already so felted, I doubt they are usable for anything. Do people actually make yarn from those?

not sure but I have read where it is likened to cashmere. And cleaned and roved it goes for 7 to 10 bucks an ounce.
