it was called rabbit fever. thats all I remember and my father saying his jaw locked up.

My 2 isa browns have stopped laying, I dont know if their on break or what. I think they are 2 yrs. Then yesterday I noticed they might be molting. Isnt it the wrong time for that or can they molt anytime ?

wish someone would go tend the chickens today. I doubt they need anything but dont know til I look. Since I stopped giving them corn they are really going through the flock raiser. 5 bags already for the month. well, 4 and just opened #5.

I've used about 4 bags. Greedy little buggars.

Doesn't help the crows are feasting on mine too... I moved the feed in the hopes it'll discourage them. They'll have to go deep into the coop to get it.
