I thought for the longest time that I was the only one that had crazies in the family lol. My dad has put me through a lot. It could've been worse though.
Me too, Mom was bipolar but never took medication so some days she didn't get out of bed and some days she was crazy happy. Dad had a histrionic personality, he did a lot of yelling and screaming. I did a lot to help raise my brother and I loved him but he hates me now. What a life! But my kids are ok and my husband is mellow, so I am good with that. You just have to keep trying to do the best you can every day. If you have a bad day, take time for yourself and get back into the fight. We are here to listen.:hugs

You'll have to put that liner up or clean it every time. It rains. Fed & watered chickens, they didn't get fed yesterday. I'm exhausted from shopping & putting away groceries so we're having $2.67 Sam's cheese pizza for lunch & I'm resting while it cooks. Hope I don't fall asleep.
Must be hard keeping that place up during the week , then when he is home you also work your tail off.

:gig camping Your personality seems to be a lot like my cousins that live down there. If I ever get to visit them we're going to have to get up with yall. But first I've got to pick up granny on the way to lisa and Rods for a visit.

The baby with the messed up legs seems to be adapting. I doubt it lives forever, but I was surprised to find it up and about yesterday. Of course I think it's the cutest. :(

Awww they're all so cute. She is awful cute though ain't she. Seems like it's always our favorites. Two of the chicks that I couldn't wait to see grow up was a mix of my silkie roo and my ee hen. I think hawks got them both.

@rIrs roost :lau even better than chicken nipples!

Gumbo for dinner. Heat and eat, since I made and froze a bunch a while back. Too hot and tired to cook tonight. Rice in the cooker, gumbo in pot, cheese biscuits (also pre-made and frozen) warming. Thank goodness for making too much and chest freezers!

I got mad enough to eat beetles earlier today. Arlington PD on Good Morning America this morning talking about starting up some road rage hotline. We've had some recent incidents here. So their idea is to start a hotline number to call if you see or are involved in a road rage incident? A number to remember and call WHILE YOU ARE ON THE ROAD!?! If they'd answer 911 promptly (another ongoing issue here), wouldn't that work and be a whole lot less expensive? Makes me soooo angry to see them spending money we don't have for that stupid stuff. I can't even speak thinking about it, I just keep making growling choking noises! We can buy Jerry Jones a new football stadium, but we can't fix potholes. We can make some hotline but we can't hire enough and pay well 911 dispatchers to answer the emergency calls? GggrrrrGGGGGRRRRR
