I dont know , Its new but been 2 days now . It was coming and going . If I was forced to guess either clot or nerve .

@Ol Grey Mare , You said , soft shelled eggs doesnt mean they need cacium . Everything I have read on here says it does. Can you enlighten me please ? I know I have missed something somewhere. What is the cause/s ?

Never heard of anything to increase the bloom.
I'll keep an eye out.

How can you tell that some chickens produce and egg with more bloom.
It dries so quick.

cause when I wash them some dont feel like there is any on it and some will shoot right out my hand . slimy

Interesting.
Maybe some of the bloom get's rubbed off the egg before it has time to dry in the nest?

I have a best friend who is younger then me and gets the shingles once every two years when she is really stressed. It is not just an old people thing.
