I can assure you I didn't try the 2nd trick.

Naw, I have a friend that's a retired nurse, and I have respect for those of you that deal with us. Still, I get a bit ticked when I'm woken every hour and have light beamed into my eyes. The constant asking me who I was and what year it is was pesky too. I just wanted to sleep....

"I'm the same person I was 15 minutes ago, when I was asked the same thing"
"We have to ask"
"Well, I don't have to answer"

I suddenly have a great amount of sympathy for your nurses. I was awful tempted to give a reply like "My name is Bob, I'm a plumber, and it's 2027. Who are you?"

....Alas, I had self control and didn't.

I detest redundant questions
Another thing that really jerks my chain is someone with a clipboard & some kind of form in their hand asking me the same questions the last person with a form & clipboard asked me. After I tell them I've already answered the same questions, I suggest that they might try talking to one another.

Last time a nurse actually quit; she was upset 'cause I kept telling her I couldn't understand a thing she was saying.

Yeah, I make a terrible patient.

I have not yet tried to call Granny's room.
I'd hate to wake her or just plain old bother her.
I want to wait til Lisa reports back after the neighbor goes to visit.

Coop is about 8 x 8 ft. 6 ft tall at lowest roof point in the back. 8 ft front roof. That's outside dimensions.
