The nurse said it is imperative she quit smoking when she is released. Nurse said they were trying to help her with meds for her anxiety and withdrawals from the smokes now.
The nurse said she is not having anymore procedures done today but will need to come back for 2 more stents asap. This didn't make sense to me at that time. I couldn't understand why they didn't do them all at once.
Granny said:
Granny is doing ok. She was trying to eat her slop, her first meal.
She will be going home tomorrow and will need to go back on Monday for two more stents.
She said if she wasn't having the heart attack right then then she would of for sure had one they way Tom was driving her to the hospital. She is missing everyone here really badly. ( I knew she was)
The one stent she already had was so blocked it was giving her a continuous heart attack which was damaging her heart so bad they needed to get in and fix that one plus one more immediately. They other 2 that need to be added will happen on Monday.
Which will give her a grand total of 7 stents.
I let her know everyone stayed up worrying about her.

She said they are keeping her doped up because she has been trying to leave to go out to smoke!
She is giving them hell and doesn't give a rats ass! GO GRANNY!
I told her to behave and listen to them....she said she is trying.

Man, once i gave my shift report to my relief nurse, i was outta there! Those must be some crazy nurses!

according to some/most women I have met sounds like he might be "perfect" for more then roofing

He's married to a sweet, hardworking girl. Though, she just moved back up north to her former home to take a new job. They've been having problems for over a year. Say they are not divorcing. I stay out of it all as much as possible. He's not just not bright, he's unmotivated, has had trouble keeping a job, and spends more time playing video games and sleeping than I think is healthy. Also takes meds for depression. And has lived with, at various times, all of his parents (in laws too) for 26 of his 28 years. I try to encourage him to eat better, get out, maybe explore a trade or vocational education. He finally joined a gym and seems to go about 3-4 times a week. Took a job as a pharmacy assistant at Walgreens, where they want to train him as a tech. He works maybe 30 hrs a week and just hides out in his room, doesn't even let me cook for him.
