Thanks for the great idea.
I sliced the tomatoes into thirds lengthwise and roasted them with potassium salt sprinkled on top while I sprinkled the tortillas with shredded cheese.
Next tortillas under broiler 6 min. then tore up some turkey sandwich meat all over the cheese - finally topped with tomatoes.
Delicious!

shoot ! forgot I had some ham lunchmeat. LOL Im glad you enjoyed it.

been thinking about getting a toaster oven. cant you do little pizzas faster in those ? Like totinos or jenos. them little .99 cent things.

been thinking about getting a toaster oven. cant you do little pizzas faster in those ? Like totinos or jenos. them little .99 cent things.

I do the Totino's party pizzas all the time. It's a little different cuz you're supposed to use higher heat for less time. Sometimes I use regular settings (I look at the wrong place on the package prior to cooking) and it isn't as crispy. My bad.
