I make my own because gluten free bread in stores is that expensive and doesn't even taste good. With 3 loaves a week being eaten, I can't afford the prices.

My kids won't touch it lol Suz and me have it all to ourselves and about the only time we eat bread anymore is with a sandwich . This doesn't send my blood sugar into the ozone neither.

Well, I think I will share.
I've been nostalgic all day.
This is the 32nd anniversary of probably the best day of my life.
July 31, 1985 there was a "Blue Moon" - the 2nd Full Moon of the month.
I went out on my first date with the man I was destined to marry.
We saw a pre-release screening of "American Flyers" starring Kevin Costner and ate Chinese food at August Moon restaurant. It was dreamy!
Four weeks later he proposed and we married in February, 1986.

Yes, I know, wedding day etc. Lots of stress. Family, etc.

This day had none of that.
Just Excitement and Joy!
The true first day of my new life!

So, wanted to share that with my chosen family.

Nice memory, huh? Best part is, you'll always have it, no matter what; no one can take it from you.
