Granny's gone and done it again

Wishing I am trying to understand this permanent damage. I am confused . I really need to know if I will be back weed whipping or will I have a warning to stop or I guess I just want to know what to expect. Tire more easy ?
I'm not sure. From what I understand, STEMI in part refers to the location of the damage... it is in a more sensitive area that makes the entire heart fail. Other spots can have damage, but the rest of the heart will keep pumping. I know people who had heart problems, but did not have a heart attacks, and in each case, the docs said they were lucky because there was no damage done to the heart. Maybe scar tissue forms? It will heal to some extent, but it will not be as strong, I think. The stuff the nurses told you about quitting smoking, changing your diet, and exercising is really what you need to do to protect your heart. You should read about it and do as much as you can.

The answer is most likely yes. The heart muscle begins to heal soon after a heart attack and usually takes about eight weeks. Scar tissue may form in the damaged area, and that scar tissue does not contract or pump as well as healthy muscle tissue.Jan 27, 2017

Just as they walked in the door bandit brought me a piece of foam. that was over $100.00 4in. memory foam topper. He was having a blast.

Bandit is a BAD DOG. o_O

As far as tissue healing... you killed muscle cells. The body will not just leave non functioning cells and cell parts there, it will do what it can to repair, and that includes building scar tissue. It will not be healed in the sense that the muscle tissue will not be able to function as well. Scar tissue does not "beat." You will not be able to pump blood as well, which means less oxygen getting where it needs to go.
