Fed 6 gallon s of okra to chickens & put 4 gallon s in the freezer. Am going to pick another bucket before dark & probably another in the am. Got most of the too large pods cut off this am.

Went to co-op for feed & wheat to ferment $6.95 for 50 lbs. Oats were $10.95 so I passed on them.

The laundry was hanging on the line and i was up working in the animal yard when it started sprinkling. Sigh. Luckily, DH brought the laundry in while i gathered up all the tools. I got the boards all cut and caulked for the skylight, but it was not dry enough to drive the screws in and paint. Sadly it is supposed to rain tomorrow and i wanted to go to Eden , NC for the swap. Thought i would take the kittens to sell and maybe buy a couple of chickens the size of the guineas. And maybe a rabbit or two. I don't know if they have if it rains.
