drs said it was impossible for me to conceive after my DD . I went to fertility clinics took their drugs, nothing. I got pregnant when my DD was about 2 and the baby didnt make it I gave up. Here at 30 yrs old I am not feeling well . Dr said I was pregnant . Called him a lier and made him re check. The father couldnt stand the thought of raising a child and shot himself. I had already raised my DD alone. I couldnt do it again. So I found a stable man with good morels and I married him. He has been a good dad to my son and I have done right by him.

Auto correct got me lol I looked into getting one but couldn't find one local (Southern or central Ohio) And ended up with Kat my yorkie-poo. It was love at first sight.


I love the hairless breeds. I seen that the one is good for therapy because of the heat it puts off and it's size

Sarge was always hot. Could have been a hot water bottle! Not so great to cuddle with on a summer night when you are having hot flashes, but good in the winter when your sleeping partner drags the covers off and your butt is cold.

Granny, sorry you're having a bad day. I do think it sounds reasonable to consider downsizing your flock and lightening your workload. You can always get more chickens later, if you want. I know it's hard when you get attached, but if you can't take good care of them all, both you and them will suffer, no?

I've been helping HE get the new chicken bridge from henhouse to run installed and pop door done. Cleaning out grow room and getting it ready for fall. I'm beat all to heck from this heat and humidity. Soon as the biddies go to roost I'm hitting my pillow.
