My heart settled but this pain in my neck is terrible. Not sure what else to do about it.

Is it in the back of your neck in the spinal region or the side of your neck? Have you rubbed any of that pain ointment on it?

Going to Eden, NC tomorrow. They supposedly hold the sale at TSC whether it rains or not.

Don't have a picture, but hubs built a small cover porch off the front of our small barn coop. The attatched run doesn't have any shade & the pop door for the coop faces the direction that the wind & rain come in. This gives them shade, keeps the rain out & this winter when it gets cold there are windows to pop in to 2 sides to block winter winds & they will access the coop from south side.

They are the sweetest kiddos, but boy can they wear you out. The youngest is a big stinker & he's so darn cute when he flashes you that big chit eating grin.

Birds thought it was sweet to roost on the perlins until hubs got the sheet of steel on it the next day. Birds tried to fly up on it to perch & they would slide right off. Wish I would have had my camera when they tried, it was hilarious.

does the skylight need to sit higher then the roofing ?

It will. I never made one before. We had three skylights in our home in TN.

No more hidden chickens ?

No, this is the other coop. This one you can reach under the deck from 3 sides. The Serama coop is hardware cloth under it. The coop is attached to the run. The underneath area has 3 hc sides. They would go to the very back corner & behind the ramp that was coming out if the front of the coop.
