No, once you know what kind and type of genes exist, how they interact, how they are expressed (what they look like on the bird), and you know what genes your birds have, then it's very predictable. I don't know any of that, so can't help.
 
Did you know that White leghorns are basically black bird withe Bared patern? (CC/BB)
But because they have an epistatic gene called Dominant white (I)
That cancel any production of black and Brown (but not red!) They are white.
