Granny's gone and done it again

Keep forgetting to tell you, granny, but three times I've discovered keets wandering around in damp grass right after hatching. One even stayed out on his own overnight. I thought for sure they would be goners. So maybe it's just hot enough that they didn't get chilled?

Maybe I just got them under mama fast enough? Maybe cause mama is a chicken and not a guinea? Maybe because it's high 90s outside? Too many variables.

went to pick up meds yesterday, Pharmacist took one look at me and said, hand me those pills back. She took all those pills back out and threw them in the garbage. She said, You can go to the heart drs. and get samples of the new med or wait for the PA to go through. I said I will wait.
I love your pharmacist!!!

I have some molting right now and 24 eggs yesterday . :barnie
You might be needed those eggs for people food soon.

But why throw them out? Seems absurd.
I bet it's a law. I wouldn't want pills that someone else had access to, getting their germs all over them!
