I tried meat, spent a fortune pressure cooker to make it fall apart tender, water bath 45 min. explosion in 2 weeks. LOL
did you cook the meat before jarring it ?? I cook/brown it all off and mix the whole works together and then can it HOT , into hot jars and then water bath for quite sometime. I do actually have the info with my canning stuff BUT it's the season for that here yet and it's all still packed away.
