Granny's gone and done it again

Would love your recipe, I've only ever made beef stew.
I put it on this thread once. Basically chicken soup with tons of veggies and flour added, with spices and 2 boullion cubes. Most important part is simmering the carcass for at least an hour. I use lots of garlic, oregano, and pepper. You are making me hungry! I really don't use a recipe, i just chop up and toss in what i have. I love to put broccoli and cauliflower in at the last moment but husband likes to keep reheating it.
