Just got word our oldest son and his wife and 4 kids are on their way here. They should arrive tomorrow depending on traffic and availability of gas. That is exciting! Have not seen them since May. The cats are going to go nuts cooped up in my room all the time. The younger daughter is allergic to cats. I have major clean up to do around here. Glad i washed dishes and clothes already today.

Hey y'all just got back home. I went to my uncles for a bit. He gave me lettuce, green beans for the chickens and a small watermelon for the chickens. Can they have green beans? He said to come over tomorrow and raid the tomatoes lol

Petree my little OEGB cockerel decided I wasn't allowed to get hawks egg today so he bit my hand and went for a ride lol then came back for more so it was safe to grab his mate and put in the silkie pen at dark. Then I put him back with his 3 big girls. Hopefully tomorrow they are in a better mood.
